How do I get started?
Go to the signup page at lordy.app and register for a new account. You’ll receive an email verification to activate your account. Once verified, you can log in and get started
Are my data private?
Your data is 100% private and only accessible by you. It is encrypted both at rest and in transit (i.e., our database and network are fully encrypted). You are the only one who can access your data
How can I add a new landlord?
Go to lordy.app and log in. Then, from the left-hand navigation menu, select ‘Landlord.’ Here, you can click the ‘Add’ button to create a new record.
How can I add a new tenant?
Go to lordy.app and log in. Then, from the left-hand navigation menu, select ‘Tenant.’ Here, you can click the ‘Add’ button to create a new record.
How can I add a new transaction?
Go to lordy.app and log in. Then, from the left-hand navigation menu, select ‘Transaction.’ Here, you can click the ‘Add’ button to create a new record. Note that to add a transaction, you must have at least one landlord, one tenant, and one property already added.

How can I add a new real estate property?
Go to lordy.app and log in. Then, from the left-hand navigation menu, select ‘Property.’ Here, you can click the ‘Add’ button to create a new record. Properties require owners (i.e., landlords), so you’ll need to add a landlord before adding a new property.
How can I add a new lease contract?
Go to lordy.app and log in. Then, from the left-hand navigation menu, select ‘Lease Contract.’ Here, you can click the ‘Add’ button to create a new record. You will need to specify the property, landlord, and tenant associated with this lease contract.
How can I add a new expense?
Go to lordy.app and log in. Then, from the left-hand navigation menu, select ‘Expense.’ Here, you can click the ‘Add’ button to create a new record. Note that to add a transaction, you must have at least one property already added.
How can I add a new maintenance record?
Go to lordy.app and log in. Then, from the left-hand navigation menu, select ‘Maintenance.’ Here, you can click the ‘Add’ button to create a new record. Note that to add a maintenance record, you must have at least one property already added.
